Length of work
1. Entries must be between 15 and 30 minutes long. Including titles and endings, works that exceed or fail to meet the specified time will not be accepted.
Eligibility
1. All entries should be original and not more than three years of production. There is no restriction on the nationality and age of the participants, but the entries must be subtitled in English or in an international common language.
The submission format
1. The film must be submitted in digital format, supported formats include MP4, MOV and MKV. High Resolution (1080p or higher) is recommended to ensure optimal playback.
Copyright requirements
1. All submitted works must be owned or licensed with all necessary copyrights and licenses, including music, images and scripts. Any copyright issues must be resolved before submission, or the work will be excluded.
The theme of the work
1. The films should focus on the theme of“Cross-cultural communication” and explore the impact of cultural integration, social change or globalization. The work should reflect the relevance and depth of the subject.
Deadline for submission
1. All entries should be submitted before 1 December of the 2024. All documents must be uploaded to the submission platform designated by the festival by the deadline.
Assessment criteria
1. The film will be judged on creativity, narrative skills, technical execution, visual presentation and cultural impact. The judges will weigh in on how the film reveals its themes in depth in a limited amount of time.
The award was announced
1. The winners will be announced on the day of the festival's closing ceremony and will be released via the festival's website, social media and partner media. Winners will receive official trophies and certificates.
Copyright and display rights
1. All entries are copyrighted and the festival reserves the right to use the entries in promotional and promotional activities. All entries will be accompanied by relevant information about the entries and the creators.
